This allows our professional cleaning team enough time to carefully prepare the apartment for the next guests.
We offer a convenient and contactless self check-in system using a secure key box.
Once your reservation is confirmed and all online check-in formalities have been completed, you will automatically receive a unique access code the day before your arrival. This code will allow you to collect the keys and access your apartment independently.

La Maison Hugo does not have private parking.
The property is located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Montreuil, with several street parking options and public car parks nearby.
Thanks to its central location and convenient public transport connections, a car is generally not necessary during your stay.
When you arrive, the beds and sofa beds will be prepared according to the number of guests included in your reservation. Duvets are also provided in the apartment.
Bath towels are provided for each guest (1 bath sheet + 1 hand towel), as well as a bath mat.
All our linen is hotel-quality and is provided for the duration of your stay.
A cleaning fee applies to each reservation and is clearly shown in the price breakdown before payment.
The apartment is carefully cleaned by a professional team after each stay, ready for the next guest.
No. Parties and events are not permitted in the apartments or in the common areas of the building.
The cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking:
• Non-refundable rate: the reservation amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Flexible rate:
– 100% refund if cancelled at least 15 calendar days before arrival;
– 50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 3 calendar days before arrival;
– no refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date.
For hygiene and organizational reasons, pets are not permitted in the apartments.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, including inside the apartments, in the common areas and near the windows.
Any violation of this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
