Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3 p.m.

Check-out (departure from the apartment) must take place no later than 11 a.m., to give our cleaning teams time to prepare the apartment for the following travelers.

To guarantee you a certain flexibility and contactless key delivery, we have set up an autonomous arrival system with a connected key box.

Following your reservation, and if all online arrival formalities are completed before your arrival, you will receive a unique code the day before your arrival, automatically generated by our system, which will allow you to easily collect the keys for access your accommodation.

We do not have any parking space at the moment

When you arrive, you will find beds and sofa beds set up for the number of expected travelers. In addition to sheets, duvets are available in the apartment.

Bath towels are also provided (1 bath sheet + 1 hand towel per person, as well as a bath mat).

All linen is hotel quality (top of the range) and is provided for the duration of your stay.

For a stay lasting more than 9 days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service with change of sheets and towels.

Cleaning fees are mandatory for all reservations, and are included in the stay.

The apartments are intensively cleaned by a professional team after each guest leaves.

No parties are allowed within the building, neither in the apartments nor in the common areas.

On the day of reservation, the entire amount of the reservation is debited.

In the event of cancellation, this amount may or may not be refunded under the following conditions:

  • if when booking you chose the “Non-Refundable” option, we will not be able to refund the amount of the reservation in the event of cancellation;
  • if the rate chosen when booking is the “Flexible” rate:
    • 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded, provided that the cancellation occurs no later than 15 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date;
    • 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded, if the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 3 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date;
    • No refund can be made if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept animals in the apartments.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building (whether inside the apartments, in the common areas, including at the window).

Smoking in the building will systematically result in the deposit being withheld.

On request, we can provide you with the invoice related to your stay for your accounting purposes.
